The amount of attention this flyer got is unparalleled. It was the weekend of the Republican National Convention. I figured what with all the conservatives visiting it would be good fun to plaster the city with really provocative flyers. The reaction was astounding. People were either screaming at me for hanging that ‘shit up in my store’ and telling me never to put up show bills there again or they were asking if we had any for sale. People are strange. The show was pretty good and we played well.

Kevin kicked his pedals off the stage and they hit Rachel. Maybe we should stop throwing stuff? Johnny sure thought so. The only thing more gorgeous than the singer from Otto’s Daughter and her figure was her german accent.

When I was making copies of this flyer at Kinkos I had an old black lady getting really upset looking at the flyer. I told her that the children were just sleeping. I think this flyer upset the people protesting the convention most of all... but then again, I think some people love to look for reasons to be offended.
